Zenith Mechanical Co., Ltd. (ZME) was initially one of the two divisions of Zenith Power & Engineering Co., Ltd. had been established in 1992 and the two divisions concentrated on electrical engineering and cathodic protection system projects. After a short period of very rapid growth, it was decided to split the company in 1995. A group of executives registered ZME as a new company to take on the mechanical engineering side of the business. ZME is managed by a group of executives each of whom has over 20 years\' experience in the engineering field. The company has a registered capital of 2 million baht, which is fully paid up, and all the shareholders are Thai nationals. In 2001, ZME was fully run on business, scopes of work include construction of cathodic protection systems and all corrosion control fields.
