ส่วนตัวแล้วชอบบ้านหลังนี้เพราะแบบบ้านน่ารัก และเป็นหนึ่งในบ้านไม่กี่หลังในหมู่บ้านนี้ที่ปลูกติดกับเพื่อนบ้านเพียงด้านเดียว (อีกสามด้านเป็นถนน) มีความเป็นส่วนตัวดีค่ะ บ้านหันทิศตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือค่ะดวงตะวันจะมาปลุกทุกเช้าค่ะ(ถ้าไม่ชอบ จะติดผ้าม่านหนาๆก็ได้ค่ะ) ทั้งนี้ยังไม่ได้ปลูกหญ้าและต้นไม้รอบบ้านเพราะว่าจากประสบการณ์นั้นผู้จะเช่ามีความชอบต่างกันมากค่ะ (บางคนชอบต้นไม้ บางคนกลัวจะมีสัตว์เลื้อยคลานในพงไม้) เลยอยากคุยกับจะผู้เช่าก่อน ดีกว่าถ้าลงมือปลูกแล้วต้องรื้อต้นไม้ออกค่ะ บ้านชั้นเดียวดีกว่าสองชั้นตรงที่อบอุ่นกว่า มันไม่เหมือนบ้านสองชั้นที่พอผู้พักอาศัยกลับมาถึงแต่ละคนก็แยกย้ายไปชั้นของตัวเอง ข้อดีอีกอย่างคือถ้ามีผู้สูงอายุอยู่ด้วยก็ปลอดภัยเพราะไม่ต้องเดินขึ้นบันได ตัวบ้านอยู่ไม่ใกล้เกินไปกับทางเข้าหมู่บ้าน ทำให้ไม่ต้องเจอเสียงรบกวนของรถบนถนนใหญ่ ที่ตั้งหมู่บ้านอยู่ในเขตชุมชนเจริญแล้ว จะไปทำงาน จะซื้อของเข้าบ้าน หรือจะไปทานข้าว ก็เดินทางสะดวก อีกทั้งยังอยู่ไม่ไกลจากอ่างเก็บน้ำหนองปลาไหล เสาร์อาทิตย์ก็ไปวิ่ง ปั่นจักรยาน ตกปลาก็ได้ หรือนั่งห้อยขาริมน้ำ สูดอากาศสดชื่นและบรรยากาศดีสุดๆค่ะ คนแถวนี้อัธยาศัยดีมากๆค่ะ อย่างไรก็ดีถ้าต้องทำงานที่นิคมแถวๆนี้แล้วศุกร์เสาร์อาทิตย์กลับบ้านที่กรุงเทพก็เดินทางแสนสะดวกไช้เวลา 2 ชั่วโมง 15 นาทีถึงกรุงเทพ(กม. 0 มอเตอร์เวย์สาย 7) วิ่งได้หลายเส้นทางด้วยค่ะ

สำหรับมุ้งลวด เหล็กดัด ยังไม่มีนะคะ ถ้าต้องการต่อรองกันได้ค่ะ สำหรับเฟอร์นิเจอร์และแอร์ไม่มีให้ค่ะ(เนื่องจากผู้ให้เช่าอยู่ไกล อาจมาซ่อมบำรุงได้ไม่ดีพอ) ต้องรบกวนผู้เช่านำมาเองค่ะ

Personally I believe this is kind of cute white house. It's one of the houses in this village that has only one neighbor (so you don't have to deal with too many neighbors, and so you'll have good privacy). Although the house still hasn't been decorated with trees and grass, it's because I use to have many clients who hates too many trees, anyhow if you prefer tree we can discuss to find solution (I have too many tree pots at the other houses that can be moved in). Unlike house with many floors that each person just go to their floor/own room, Single floor house is more cozy, as everyone has more chance to talk with each other. And in case you have elder person stay with you, it's safer, as the person doesn't have to walk up/down the stair. I chose the house a bit far from entrance, so that it's also far from noise of the main road, so peace is easily found. This village is in town, easy to go to work / dining / shopping / and even go to the big lake "Nong-Pla-Lai" for fishing /biking / breath the free unpolluted air. However if you prefer to stay in this house just during the weekday, and go back to your main house in BKK or Pattaya, it's also very convenient. Driving to BKK will take 2 hours and 15 minutes (Rama9). Driving to Pattaya will take 45 minutes. (I can tell you the best route, with least or no traffic).

About mosquito wire screen and security curved steel, it's not yet deployed. If your rental term is long enough, I may consider to invest. About furniture and air conditioner, they always required expensive maintenance and most of the renters use them carelessly, I decide not to deploy them, as it's really not worth the investment when coming to repair once contract is terminated. So you may need to bring them by yourself.

Anyhow if you insist and your rental term is long enough (2 years up), I may consider investing, but the rental fee will be higher.
